Scope of Work

  • Install approximately 445LF of 36- to 48″ mainline storm drain pipe

  • Support existing gas, electric, water and sewer utilities

  • Install manholes, T-bases, catch basins and associated storm drain laterals to mainline storm drain

  • Replacement and/or resetting of existing features impacted by construction

  • Full depth removal and replacement of road gravels within the pipe trenches

  • Full depth removal and replacement of bituminous pavement within the pipe trenches in the vicinity of York Street and High Street intersection, as shown on the plans

  • Pavement repairs and pavement overlay as shown on the plans for the paved access/parking area between Becky’s Diner and Gowen Marine

  • Reconstruct rock sea wall as necessary to accommodate new 48″ diameter storm drain outfall

  • Reconstruct ADA pedestrian ramps and sidewalks at three corners of the York Street and High Street intersection

  • Loam, seed and mulch all disturbed areas that are not directed to receive other surface treatment, including a minimum 1FT wide strip on either side of each road within the road reconstruction area
