Demolition of failing concrete on the EJ West Powerhouse walls. Installation of new reinforcement and pour new concrete on the face of the walls. The majority of the work was completed from scaffolding and manlifts. Kingsbury worked with strict safety requirements, unknown conditions and less than ideal weather and temperatures to complete this project.
