This project was constructed in two separate phases. Phase I work included replacement of water system valves and appurtenance within the gate chamber on the dam and at the embankment toe. Phase II involved improvement to the dam- construction of a new earth cut auxiliary spillway, and a new articulated concrete block auxiliary spillway with associated concrete training walls and concrete stilling basins.
